  1. MPEGLayer3Player v1.4b2  SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. MPEGLayer3Player is protected by copyright laws and international
  5. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  6. treaties.

  8. All title and copyrights in and to the MPEGLayer3Player software
  9. product are owned by:

  17. GRANT OF LICENSE

  19. Fraunhofer IIS hereby grants you the non-exclusive, nontransferable
  20. right of installation and personal usage of the MPEGLayer3Player
  21. software: You may install one copy of MPEGLayer3Player on your computer
  22. for your personal and non-commercial usage.
  23.  
  24. All other rights are reserved to Fraunhofer IIS. You may not rent,
  25. lease, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the MPEGLayer3Player
  26. software product, including any accompanying documentation materials.
  27.  
  28. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
  29. MPEGLayer3Player software product, except and only to the extent that
  30. such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding
  31. this limitation.

  33. Fraunhofer IIS and its suppliers shall retain title and all ownership
  34. right to the MPEGLayer3Player software product.

  36. Fraunhofer IIS is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates
  37. for MPEGLayer3Player to you. However, any maintenance or updates
  38. provided by Fraunhofer IIS shall be covered by this License Agreement.

  40. Fraunhofer IIS will not provide any support or further assistance
  41. in installing and using the MPEGLayer3Player software than the
  42. accompanying online documentation files, please refrain from directing
  43. questions regarding program installation and usage to Fraunhofer IIS.

  47. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  49. Fraunhofer IIS expressly disclaims any warranty for the MPEGLayer3Player
  50. software product. MPEGLayer3Player is provided on an "as is" basis without
  51. warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without
  52. limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a
  53. particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of
  54. use or performance of MPEGLayer3Player remains with you. In no event shall
  55. Fraunhofer IIS be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the
  56. use of the MPEGLayer3Player software product.
